Oculus says “NO MEXICO” – Amazon says “YES MEXICO”

Oculus a division of Facebook will not sell or service
Oculus products in Mexico. But if you're in Mexico don't worry Amazon will sell  Oculus products to Mexico.

Hmm this sure makes it interesting as I wonder how customers
get support in Mexico that purchased products from Amazon.

These two giant corporations should probably get together
and figured this out.

Only until that wall is built!  😛

And even after that you could always have it delivered to a US town near the border and have someone throw it over lololol  😄  😄  😄

That would probably
work, and then Mexico could throw two thirds of the produce US consumes back
over the same fence. But I wish they would hurry up with that wall, Mexico
doesn't know how long to make the new ladders.

I'm not entirely clear what the point was to this thread. I'm pretty sure it isn't about you feeling sorry for Mexicans and their ability to play VR though.

It could be that he's in Mexico and is having problems with purchasing or support? After all, he did promise us a woeful story of his trials and tribulations with Oculus support. I kind of assumed this thread was it.

The purpose of this thread is that there are 122 million
people in Mexico. I happen to own stock in Facebook. Why would oculus
deliberately cut off the sales to Mexico when Oculus supports many other
countries?

All these potential sales would more than likely increase the value of our
stocks.

I think it deserves an answer.

And not some dumb, races, bias, cute comment. This is serious sales potential.

Yeah, walls will never work because...ladders. And laws will never work because...criminals. And cars will never work because...flat tires. Etc.  😕

nalex66 , The product was purchased in the USA. The RMA if it ever happens will be in the USA.

I didn't make anything up, I simply speculated as to why you might be so worked up about Mexico, and whether this was the support problem you were ready to launch a class action lawsuit about in your other thread.

As long as you refuse to spell out what your actual problem is, we can only wonder about the nature of your vague threats of lawsuits and nonspecific complaints about Oculus support.

Does lack of direct sales in Mexico have any relevance to you, or are you just looking for things to criticize?
