Import big size meshes

Oculus Medium is a great tool for sculpting.
There is still one thing it's missing: the ability to work with big size meshes.
When it loads a mesh in stamps it also simplifies it heavily. I think this happens in order to allow undo/redo operations.
I believe Medium would be a super easy and intuitive tool for cleaning 3D scanned meshes if only it didn't had this constraint.
I would be very happy to not have the undo option and save the mesh more frequently than to not be able to import full size meshes. Is it possible to have an option to remove this simple constraint so that Medium becomes an amazing tool for mesh cleanup ?
