No Help from Oculus support - Still not able to enter Payment Info

I am unable to enter payment information for my account.  I've created a support ticket and even received canned replies from Oculus.
I have tried to enter my payment information using the Oculus app, Three different browsers, two different internet providers, I have tried turning off my anti-virus, I have performed all the suggested remedies but I still can't enter payment information.
The last response I got from Oculus suport was:

"
Thank you for getting back to us with that information.Our team is currently reviewing your order.Please do not create any new orders during this time.Once we have an update, we will notify you.Thank you for your understanding and continued patience."

Which essentially means don't contact us, we'll contact you.  Although I really like my Oculus Rift, I think the support leaves much to be desired.
