Thank you for taking the time to contact us.
Star Trek Bridge Crew utilizes a Uplay account to run properly.
There
has been a known issue in launching Bridge Crew and connecting your
Oculus account to your Uplay account. The Oculus software will launch
Uplay when Bridge Crew is started and this needs to happen in order for
the software to link properly.
What
you would need to do here is shut down Uplay through the system tray or
task manager, shut down the game, then restart it through Oculus Home.
