My pre-order from Oct 10th was canceled suddenly and I can't get a hold of any support person, can someone explain what is going on with my order? Did this happen to anyone else and how was it resolved? I just want my touch already and if I have to wait weeks to get an email back from the black hole that Oculus support seems to be, is it worth just buying it from Best Buy instead?
My suggestion is that if you don't care about the free games and are willing to pay a little more to get them this week from BestBuy then do it because no-one knows how long it will take them to solve your issue.
