Is there an easy way to add the oculus Hands(Touch) and Locomotion to a VR character controller?

When the touch controllers didn't release and you wantedt to make a VR simple game , it was so easy. you just import the utilities package and drag the OVRplayercontroller and set unity to use VR.

BUt i read articles on using Touch in Unity and it seems daunting. I want to use the controllers to grab, etc and move my hands as well as to walk around my environment. I would say i'm a beginner unity creator, i'm not that inteligent. Was wishing there would be an asset in the assetstore to include Touch support but therer's nothing except NewtonVR which is complicated too. And then another locomotion asset but it seems to be geared to people who already know what they're doing.
