Is Oculus planning on introducing Subscription In App Purchases?

Currently IAP's using the Oculus API fall into 2 categories, Durable and Consumable. On other app marketplaces such as iOS AppStore and Google Play there is another type of IAP; Subscriptions. Do you guys at Oculus plan on introducing Subscriptions at any time and if so when? If not is it allowed and acceptable to allow users to subscribe to our product from within our app on the Oculus Store not using the IAP API but using our own or a 3rd party subscription service? This obviously means Oculus gets no percentage of subscription fees gained this way. Cheers

Yep, it would be nice to have subscriptions.

Also, it would be nice if IAP came with UE4 and was exposed to BP.

We published on our github a plugin to use IAP for UE4 using only BP, you got that?

If we use a third party to enable subscription from within our app, do we need to provide a platform rev share to the Oculus store? Is there a document that summarizes these concepts?

Best,

I'd prefer official solution and not worry about hacks and backdoor code, sorry.

@NinjaGaijin Do you happen to know if Oculus has any plans to offer devs to choose between traditional and subscription based purchasing model?
