Hi InnerExodus. Thanks for asking. It would be priced $1.99, but I went ahead and submitted for free. Lets hope it gets accepted that way, at least. It is the first iteration of a new game called Quick Racing ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-s0T1QkRomw ).
I am a lone indie developer, my resources are very limited, but I am experienced with real-time programming. Honestly, I can't understand the real reason for Oculus to refuse doing business with Brazil. Even Ethiopia (seriously?) is included, how can that be explained in a reasonable way? I have nothing against Ethiopia of course, but I hope you understand the point.
Also, Quick Racing is a small game, but it's just the first of a sequence of games. I am also developing a bigger one, much more complex ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysvn0g2pQ50 ). I am sincerely in doubt if I'll try to release the other game for GearVR, though. I am seriously considering selling my GearVR/S7 and getting something else to proceed. I know that Oculus won't miss me, but I need to publish and have some return from the efforts. =(
