This was my answer to the customs question.
I asked "Have the units stuck in customs cleared out yet?"
"Your order is currently in 'Processing' status. This means your Rift has begun the build phase.
After it's been tested and a Courier has picked up the package, your order status will change to Shipping. Then 24-48 hours later, you should see a tracking number posted on the Order Information page - https://www.oculus.com/sales
This process may take a couple of weeks.
